• All electrical work is completed by a professional electrician. Every sauna is subject to a third-party electrical inspection — tested, certified, and approved before delivery. Documentation will be included for insurance purposes.

• Features, layout, and sizing can be customized to suit your site and needs. Custom changes may affect pricing.

• Each Storm Sauna includes an electric HUUM Drop or Harvia Spirit stove with WiFi controls. The power output of each stove is suited to the volume area of each sauna.

• Because stove sizes and required fire safety clearances vary, the heater must be selected before construction begins.

• Wood-fired stoves are available as an upgrade (+$2,500 CAD), which includes the chimney system, roof flashing, firebox components, stove pipe, concrete base, heat shielding, and installation labour.

• Wood-fired options include the HUUM Hive and Harvia Legend.

Once you have signed off on the written quote, we require a 10% payment to be put into the building queue. Before the start of construction, we will require another 30% deposit. Upon the exterior of your sauna being completed and rough in electrical, we will require another 40% to complete your sauna. The final 20% will be paid upon completion of your sauna and before delivery.

Our lead times vary on our orders received and can range anywhere from 2-6 months. This all depends on how busy our shop gets. We provide delivery estimate dates on our quotes.
